About the Position

Key Responsibilities

- Address customer feedback and queries, ensuring a high level of service on social media platforms.
- Conduct regular audits of social media campaigns to evaluate their efficacy and make recommendations for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in social media marketing or management.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and content requirements.
- Proven experience in developing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and enhance brand awareness.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.
- Experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data to inform decision-making.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
